My most recent Senior Post was specialised in Autism and Speech, Language and Communication Needs. Main duties include running and chairing the diagnostic panel, setting up and managing the Autism outreach service, writing and delivering parenting programmes for Autism across the county. In addition to this I was responsible for delivering multi-disciplinary training on Autism, including NHS, HM Prison Service and Police. I had a Specialist Autism case load within and out of authority. I set up and managed of Specific Language Impairment service and associated school based training. Finally I was responsible for a patch of schools requiring assessment and intervention at individual, group and whole school level.
