Over twenty years NHS experience of working with adults, families, adolescents and children has equipped Dr T O to work flexibly with people experiencing psychological issues in a competent, flexible way.

Dr T O has a national profile as an expert witness psychologist working with adults with complex mental health issues, particularly those associated with mental health, personality difficulties and substance misuse. She is regularly invited to present on the subject at national and international conferences and has been involved in strategic projects at a national level to improve services to people individuals with complex mental health issues.

Dr T O specialises in the assessment of adults in the context of Family Proceedings and Private Law disputes and Criminal proceedings. Dr T O also regularly undertakes Personal Injury work.

Dr T O regularly takes instructions from solicitors, case management companies, companies and self referrals

Dr T O has extensive experience of assessing a wide range of mental health problems by psychometric objective assessments and by clinical interview.
