The Referral process

To enable us to provide you with the most appropriate psychologist in your area we will need to go through following process:

1. One of our team members will take a brief history from you.  This can be done over the phone or you can complete our self-referral form.
2. We will then search our national database to select the most appropriate psychologist in your area to help.
3. We will contact the chosen psychologist to ensure they are happy to accept the case.
4. We can then confirm the psychologist’s fees and availability to you.
5. On confirmation we will email you details of the psychologist, agreed appointment date, time & location.

Please note: In order to secure the appointment we ask clients to pay the agreed fee in advance.
