Our psychologists provide a comprehensive report that includes:

• Review of relevant documentation & case history
• Symptomology
• Functional analysis
• Client’s goals
• Risk assessment
• Recommended treatment plan

All reports are quality checked by one of our resident psychologists and are normally supplied within 1 week of the assessment date.
