You can either complete the online enquiry form or we may need to speak to you briefly on the phone to get some more details about the difficulties you are seeking help for.   This is a free, no obligation service and phone enquiries take 5-10 minutes.  This gives us an important insight into the relevant case details and ensures that we match them with the psychologist who has the most appropriate skills to help. 

All information is held in the strictest confidence and your identity is only released to the Psychologist if you agree to see them.  If you decide not to see one of our Psychologists your personal information is deleted from our records.
