Therapy FAQs – What will you do with the information I provide?

The information you provide is held in the strictest confidence.  It provides us with a valuable insight into the nature of the difficulties you are experiencing and enables us to ensure we select the most appropriate psychologist to provide assistance.

Your identity is kept confidential and not released to any third party, including psychologists, unless you decide to book an appointment with them.

If you decide not to make an appointment your details are deleted from our records.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and comply with the Data Protection Act guidelines.
