We work hard to find new, varied referrals for the highly-valued Psychologists working with us. The strong relationships we have established with our clients over many years, keep our Associates Psychologists busy with a wide range of challenging and interesting cases. Thanks to our leading position in the Education and Expert Witness sectors, you’ll gain access to opportunities which can broaden and enrich your experience.
We value the skills that Psychologists bring to our clients and offer a range of support and training to help you continue to develop when you work with us. We have Psychologists on staff who offer supervision and support, as well as regular CPD sessions to make sure you are up to speed with the latest developments and best practice.
In addition to benefiting from a stream of referrals targeted at your areas of interest and expertise, you’ll have our dedicated team of client managers working hard to support you, saving you valuable time while you concentrate on client care. For the duration of the case we’ll act as a buffer, providing invaluable administration support around deadlines and appointments, paperwork, queries and quality checking reports. You’ll enjoy performing the role you trained to do, leaving everything else in our capable hands.
Registering as an associate with us has the significant benefit of securing work that fits around your life and other commitments, whether that be professional commitments, family or personal. There’s no obligation – a case will be brought to you for consideration and there’s no pressure to accept. Our client managers get to know our associates well, so if you have a particular area of interest, wish to widen your exposure to certain cases or enhance your CV, we’ll take all this into consideration.
We understand that working independently can be daunting and sometimes isolating, so we provide guidance on issues you may face, such as tax, insurance, GDPR, DBS, specific protocols in certain types of cases and professional supervision.
Also as one of our Associates you enjoy a peace of mind which is highly valued by those who register with us. You are guaranteed to be paid by us – no matter what issues may crop up with the referring party.

There is no charge to register, we only ask that you are registered with the British Psychological Society and/or the Health & Care Professions Council. We also need a valid DBS.
