Leading provider of psychological services

Unfortunately not, we only work business to business, through solicitors, local authorities, CPS, case management companies and schools. If you are a private individual looking for a psychologist please speak with your solicitor, school, GP or insurer.

If you wish to locate a Psychologist yourself then visit the British Psychological Society’s website at https://www.bps.org.uk/

Yes. All our Psychologists are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and/or the British Psychological Society, have been through enhanced DBS checks, undertake CPD and have professional and indemnity insurance.

In addition to this we undertake a thorough vetting process prior to accepting applications from Psychologists to join us, so that you don’t have to.

All of our Psychologists are highly qualified and experience, with quality at the hear of everything that they do.

Our Client Managers are responsible for ensuring reports are delivered within the timescales needed, but all reports are 100% proofread and quality checked to ensure all questions are answered, that the report fulfils the purpose needed and that any recommendations are comprehensive and clear.

Absolutely not! Our service is based on providing excellent value – and added value.

Not only will we secure you an appropriately qualified and experienced Psychologist for your case without all the time and hassle of searching for one yourself, but we’ll handle all administration, bookings and ensure you get the report on time plus you’ll have a dedicated client manager at your beck and call too.

So you get competitive prices and all our extra support at no extra cost, meaning you save yourself time and money.

The cost of a report can vary according to whether the case is public or privately funded, psychiatry or psychology, how many individuals are being assessed and other factors.

Our Client Managers will take a full brief at the outset, be mindful of your budget and provide you with a tailored quote upfront, so you will have peace of mind there will be no hidden costs.

Our fees are competitive and we offer fixed prices for Schools, Case Managers and insurers as well as working within Legal Aid rates for Expert Witness cases.

This varies according to the complexity of the assessment and the individual’s abilities, but on average the assessments takes from 2-4 hours to complete.

Once we understand your requirements your Client Manager will confirm a full breakdown of time and costs for all aspects of the case, prior to any work being undertaken.

At Psychology Direct we completely understand the importance of the timely supply of reports, and how crucial this is to our clients.

Our standard service is that we aim to provide reports within 4-6 weeks. We also know that sometimes deadlines faced by our clients mean an even faster report turnaround is needed. We have an excellent track record in going the extra mile to produce reports within days or weeks when required and exceeding our clients’ expectations on speed and efficiency. If you need more urgent help, just give us a call.

Should a report require the assessment of more than one person these timescales can be slightly longer. Your dedicated Client Manager will keep you updated on timescales and progress.

Our Client Managers are highly skilled and trained professionals. Many of them are Psychology graduates and all of them receive an in-depth induction when they join us as well as ongoing intensive training.

The Client Team work in specialties so they understand your sector inside out, have a deep knowledge of the Professionals in our network and have handled many complex and challenging cases. We enjoy consistently excellent feedback from clients who depend on their Client Managers again and again to deliver the right Psychologist in the right place at the right time.

We are located in Epsom, Surrey, but this is purely our base of operations.
